The process to settle a Royal Sundaram health insurance claim is easy.

There are two ways to file a claim with Royal Sundaram Health Insurance:

Claim for Reimbursement of Health Insurance
Both have different steps to follow. Let’s look at it.
For cashless benefits, the insured can only get care at a hospital that is part of the network. When you buy a Royal Sundaram health insurance policy, you will be given a list of hospitals where you can get care. You have to fill out an authorization form that the hospital or TPA gives you and follow the instructions on the form.
If it’s a reimbursement claim, the insurance company needs to be told what happened and given an estimate of the costs. The insured person needs to fill out a claim form and send it in along with the discharge summary, a prescription from the doctor, and the medical bills.
